TC 341: Film Style Production for Cinema and Television

Troy is a 21 time Emmy Award winner and has been nominated over 40 times for his work as a television journalist. He has spent the last 10 years in broadcasting. Most recently he has been working as a Reporter for Press Pass TV out of New York and as an Investigative Journalist with KMSP Fox 9 Television in Minneapolis, MN. Troy has had stops at WSVN Fox 7 in Miami, ABC 6/FOX 28 in Columbus Ohio. ABC 24 in Memphis and NBC 25 in Hagerstown, MD. He began his broadcast career as a Disc. Jockey for WYLI radio. Troy has covered hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, fires, presidential elections, local news, the MTV Video Music Awards, Tyson/Lewis fight, the Big Ten, NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL, MLS and anything else with an abbreviation. Along the way he has picked up an Edward R. Murrow award, 2 Associated Press awards, 3 National and 10 regional NPPA awards. His film work has been shown at the Charlotte Film Festival, Ft. Myers Beach Film Festival, Mitten Movie Project and received HM, Audience Choice Award at the Frankly Film Festival. Troy is known through the television industry as a creative visual storyteller and a perfectionist. Troy is the Director, Editor and Cinematographer for his own company Tricky Hale Films.
