ABOUT THE CLASS

This class is about professional web authoring techniques including technology standards, aesthetics and production in media settings. The course is a blend of design principles and development skills through course material and hands-on activities.

You’ll learn the basics of HTML and CSS, and learn a bit about usability, readability, and accessibility (making your pages more user-friendly for those with disabilities). The class culminates in the creation of a 5-page website.

This is a TIME INTENSIVE class. You should have a little knowledge of Photoshop, but a review is provided.

1 credit, online course, 5 weeks.
